The Vanuatu Agriculture Development Bank (VADB) is offering the Home Aelan Investment Loan (HAIL) product mainly to civil servants and other regular earners whose employer is willing to deduct loan repayment from the employee’s salary. This product is geared towards channeling salary to the rural area for primary industry development purposes.
