Brief Profile of the Bank

The National Development Bank of Palau (NDBP), founded in 1982 by a Special Charter of the Republic of Palau, is a wholly owned government corporation responsible for promoting economic development in the Republic of Palau. Its charter is to act as a development bank and more specifically to provide financial support for new enterprise, industry and projects promoting import substitution.
