Brief Profile of the Bank

Saudi Pak was incorporated on December 20, 1981 with head office at Islamabad. The company was created in pursuance of a joint venture agreement signed between the govt. of Pakistan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on June 4, 1981. The company has fared quite well operationally and financially over the years since inception. It has provided financing and investment of US$683.5 million to 833 clients over the last 5 years.

Products and Services Offered

The products and services offered by the company includes project finance, short-term loans to meet working capital requirements, direct equity investments, underwriting of public issues of shares and TFCs non-funded commitments in the form of guarantees. Sharia Compliant Financing Instruments, Syndication, Trusteeship, Acting as Financial Arrangers/Advisor and Consultancy Services.
