ADFIAP and the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) hosted a briefing on human capital and talent development in the financial sector conducted by the Kuala Lumpur-based Asian Institute of Finance (AIF) on March 18, 2011 at the DBP Headquarters in Makati City, Philippines. Eleven (11) senior officers of Manila-based ADFIAP members, namely, DBP, Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP), Philippine Export-Import Agency, RCBC Savings and ADFIAP Consulting attended the two-hour session.
Aside from informing the attendees of the work and current thrusts of AIF, CEO, Mr. Daniel Viets and Dato Prof. Dr. Sudin Haron also invited them and their colleagues to attend the by-invitation only inaugural “International Symposium on Talent Development: The New Paradigm” to be held on April 7-8, 2011 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
