DBP president and chief executive officer Cecilia C. Borromeo said that the DBP2 allows the bank’s corporate and institutional (C&I) clients to manage their DBP accounts online, in real time as the portal is accessible via Internet through computers and smartphones.
With DBP2, DBP C&I clients will enjoy the convenience of viewing their account portfolios, transaction history and statement of account. The facility also allows fund transfers between DBP accounts and to enrolled third party accounts in real time.
C&I clients can manage their collections and receivables online. Other services that DBP C&I clients can access through the portal are cash management services such as PDC warehousing, auto-debit arrangement, AR reconciliation, bills payment, payroll crediting, auto-credit arrangement, manager’s check and corporate check.
Borromeo said that several government institutions will be tapping this facility for their respective electronic banking requirements.
DBP C&I clients may inquire with the bank’s account officers to enroll in the service.
