The Chief Executive Officer of the Manila-based Pag-IBIG Fund (https://www.pagibigfund.gov.ph), Acmad Rizaldy P. Moti, apprised businessmen and entrepreneurs of the Fund’s improved services as a result of digitized processes: a centralized consolidated system, online p ayment gateways, e-services, and off-branch payment channels, among others. He spoke on “Improving Government Services Through Available Technologies” at Canon Marketing Philippines’ launch of Pros of Productivity (POP) Technology and Solutions Expo. “The importance of technology in our growth through the years cannot be underestimated. It enables us to respond more efficiently to our members’ needs. This aligns us with President Rodrigo Roa Duterte’s directive and Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC) Chairperson Eduardo D. del Rosario’s instruction to make our services efficient and adequate especially for the unserved and underserved sector,” Mr. Moti said.
