The ADFIAP Board’s Training Committee, chaired by Mr. Fuimaono Falefa Lima, General Manager of the Development Bank of Samoa, has taken steps to provide members with specific and relevant training and credentialing programs.
This move is for the Association to cope up with changes in member-institutions in terms of organizational structure and strategic directions brought about by the ever-changing business environment their operate in. One such change area is in the skills improvement and career development of the member’s human resources.
The Committee has sent a training needs survey to members with a listing of training programs under “Banking Operation” and “Institutional Development” to assess the training needs of the ADFIAP member-institutions.
