All ADFIAP Secretariat’s business units – the Institute of Development Finance (IDF), the ADFIAP Consulting (AC) Team and the Operations Group, namely, membership, administration & finance and knowledge management, convened on August 24, 2015 at the ADFIAP International HQ to review their performance in the 1st quarter (H1) of 2015 and to lay their plans out for the 2nd quarter (H2).
One of the main events for the second half of the year is the 11th International CEO Forum (CEO Forum XI) microsite link here c/o Boyet themed, “DFI Governance and Leadership: Practices, Challenges & Trends” to be held on December 7-9, 2015 in Manila, Philippines and hosted by the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) and Land Bank of the Philippines (Landbank) and supported by all Philippine-based members. It has also been a busy year for the ADFIAP Consulting (AC) Group getting consulting mandates and conducting training programs in the areas of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), climate finance and credit policy manual formulation as well as implementing EU SWITCH Asia grant projects in Myanmar and the Philippines, vying for new ones and partnering with international organizations in clean technology, renewable energy and sustainable development projects, in general.
The Operations Group has been supporting the proactively activities of the Secretariat in terms of membership recruitment and engagement, publications and IT services such as the website and different microsites and the e-community platform, the ANEX and prudent financial management of the Association’s assets and resources.
