Pasig City, Philippines – On September 19, 2024, the Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and the Pacific (ADFIAP) and People Dynamics Inc. (PDI) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to collaborate on developing and delivering capacity-building programs for financial institutions in the Asia and Pacific region.
ADFIAP, a non-governmental organization dedicated to promoting and advancing the development of financial institutions, and PDI, a CSC-accredited learning service provider, aim to enhance manpower competencies through this partnership. The agreement was signed at PDI’s principal office in Pasig City, with PDI represented by its Managing Director and CEO, Dr. Jocelyn R. Pick, and, with ADFIAP represented by its Secretary General, Mr. Enrique I. Florencio.
The partnership stems from a meeting held on May 30, 2024, where ADFIAP outlined its strategic priorities, including the development of learning materials for capacity-building programs. PDI will support these priorities by creating and running training programs focused on Competency-based Human Resource Management (CBHRM), Supervisory Skills Development, Psychological Test Development, and Mental Health Programs in the Workplace.
The MOA includes provisions for co-branding and co-marketing efforts, with both parties’ logos featured in all promotional materials ensuring a unified and high-quality training experience.
This collaboration marks a significant step towards enhancing the capabilities of financial institutions in the region, aligning with both organizations’ missions to foster development and innovation in the financial sector through targeted training and capacity-building initiatives.
