In its desire to have a more organized and predictable hosting process, the ADFIAP Board, in its 76th Meeting in Johannesburg, South Africa, on November 13, 2012, has approved the proposal of the Secretariat for an alphabetical rotation (based on country) of members’ volunteering the hosting the two big annual events of the Association – the Annual Meetings and the CEO Forum. To implement this new procedure, the Secretariat will undertake a call-to-host campaign to all members requesting for the hosting timing (year) and event (Annual Meetings or CEO Forum) preferences. The Secretariat will then compile all responses and determine the sequencing of year and event.
