ADFIAP, through its career training center, the Asia-Pacific Institute of Development Finance (IDF) conducted a 5-day “International Seminar-Workshop on Development Banking” in Manila, Philippines on July 22-26, 2019. Seven (7) participants from ADFIAP-member institutions in India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Samoa and the Philippines attended the seminar.

The seminar-workshop was aimed at enhancing the capabilities and upgrade the managerial and technical skills of senior management level officers of development banks and other financial institutions with focus on development banking. It was designed to equip participants with the understanding of corporate banking through and in-depth discussions of the different topics outlined in the program.

Ms. Sandra C. Honrado, IDF Head, welcomed the participants during the program’s opening. The resource persons were composed of a select group from ADFIAP Consulting’s pool of management experts and bank practitioners.
