ADFIAP held its 84th Board of Directors’ meeting in Gaborone, Botswana on November 2, 2016 in conjunction with the WFDFI CEO Forum also held in the capital city of Botswana (please see separate story).

The Board approved the membership applications of five (5) new members, namely, Thanh Hoa Development Investment Fund (Vietnam), the Unit Trust of Samoa (Management) Ltd., North Eastern Development Finance Corporation (India), P.T. Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) of Indonesia and the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (India). The Board also approved the association’s budget for 2017.

The 40th ADFIAP Annual Meeting to be held in Macau on May 9-11, 2017 was also okayed by the Board as well as the 41st ADFIAP Annual Meeting to be held in India in 2018. The Board also noted the accomplishments of the Secretariat covering the period from June 1, to October 31, 2016.
