ADFIAP speaks at the CSG group planning workshop

ADFIAP, represented by its Secretary General Mr. Enrique Florencio spoke at the Corporate Services Group’s (CSG) planning workshop on November 8, 2022, at the Philippine Guarantee Corporation Headquarters at the BPI-Philam Building, Ayala Avenue, Makati City. The CSG is comprised of three key units namely, Corporate Communications, Human Resources, and Information Technology.
Mr. Florencio discussed with the group the different building blocks of the Business Model Canvas, business innovation, and sustainability.
The event is a pre-work activity in preparation for the Corporate-wide planning session in December 2022. Its objective is to lay down activities to map out plans and programs for 2023 and the next 3 years with the theme of innovation, sustainability, and transformation.
