The final day of the ARDB’s transformative workshop was a resounding success, as the team proudly unveiled its comprehensive sustainability plan. Held at the bank’s headquarters, this event marked the culmination of four days of intensive learning and collaboration on “Embedding Sustainability into the Corporate DNA.”

Guided by insights from ADFIAP Secretary General Mr. Enrique Florencio, the ARDB team presented a strategic roadmap that aligns Environmental, Economic, Social, and Governance (EESG) goals with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).This plan sets clear objectives for sustainable growth and impactful change within the banking sector. Another key highlight was the creation of ARDB’s Technical Working Group, tasked with leading the implementation of critical processes to achieve the bank’s sustainability objectives.

Participants celebrated the achievement, reflecting on the workshop’s success in fostering a deep commitment to sustainability across all levels of the organization.
