The collaboration, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed at Menara SME Bank in Kuala Lumpur, underscores SME Bank’s commitment to providing financial solutions that support SMEs in project execution and business growth. By integrating its expertise in SME financing with CDCi’s SPEED digital procurement portal, the bank aims to enhance SME access to a broader market while ensuring they have the necessary financial resources to expand operations.

Through this partnership, SME Bank will offer customized financing options to SMEs participating in the SPEED digital procurement platform, enabling them to secure projects and scale their businesses more effectively. Acting Group President/CEO Datuk Dr Mohammad Hardee Ibrahim highlighted that this initiative aligns with the government’s MADANI Economy agenda, reinforcing national efforts to drive SME development and digital transformation.
