Ms. Sylvi J. Gani, new member of the Board of Directors, PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero)

The Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia has appointed Ms. Sylvi J. Gani as the new member of the Board of Directors of PT SMI with a term of 5 (five) years, effective 23 March 2020. With the new appointment, the member of the Board of Directors of PT SMI are composed of Edwin Syahruzad as President Director, and Sylvi J. Gani, Darwin Trisna Djajawinata, Mohammad Ghozie Indra Dalel and Faaris Pranawa as Directors.
