ADFIAP, ADFIMI, ADFIM collaborate for e-forum on DFIs

ADFIAP, its regional counterpart ADFIMI (Association of National Development Finance Institutions in Member Countries of the Islamic Development Bank and ADFIM (Association of Development Finance Institutions of Malaysia) organized jointly its first global forum on development finance institutions (DFIs) on July 1, 2020 with a theme, “Post-COVID-19: Navigating the Future.”

The online event was organized to allow attendees to learn more on the role and activities of DFIs from an expert panel’s sharing of best practices and experiential insights. The three panelists were Dr. Ahmet Aysan, Dean of the School of Management and Administrative Sciences of the Istanbul Sehir University, Mr. Lakshman Silva, CEO and Director of DFCC Bank (Sri Lanka) and Mr. Khairil Anuar Mohammad Anuar, Group COO of SME Bank of Malaysia. Ms. Firoz Abdul Hamid moderated the session attended by over 60 participants.
