China Development Bank (CDB) has actively responded to the G20 Debt Service Suspension Initiative (DSSI) and pursued friendly negotiations on arrangements for sovereign loans of commercial nature with countries affected by COVID-19. By the end of September 2020, CBD has signed agreements with DSSI beneficiaries involving USD 748 million.
