In partnership with the London Institute of Business and Technology, the Institute of Development Finance (IDF) has successfully conducted the first training on the Ultimate Growth Engine for Financial Institutions last December 2-3, 2021. Mr. Sesiri Pathirane, the CEO and Director of LIBT conducted the training.

The training empowered bank executives to gain expertise in digital marketing sales process, understand customer behavior on various social media platforms, sending engaging email campaigns, and to be able analyze the effectiveness of those email marketing campaigns and digital ads.

It was participated bank executives from Malaysia, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, and by the ADFIAP Secretariat, Philippines, as follows: (1) Anthony Dela Cruz, CEO of People’s Microbank (Papua New Guinea); (2) Akenese Fepuleai-Lee, Manager, Samoa Housing Corporation (Samoa); and Bank Simpanan Nasional (Malaysia), (3) Nurul Farhana Binti Rosu, Executive; (4) Nur Sarah Binti Norhisham, Executive; and (5) Leng Wei Teck, Manager; and representing the ADFIAP Secretariat, (6) Rem Anthony Laodeño Jr., I.T. Specialist, and (7) Marvin Garcia, I.T. Specialist.
