The 5-day, 1-1/2-hour per day, program is part of a series of online learning sessions for ADFIAP members and development partners with the aim of providing participants with insights from fellow development finance professionals as well as to update them on current trends and practical tools to further improve their work.

Senior officers and managers in charge of their organizations and human resource development strategy and execution from Micro Development Bank of Papua New Guinea and the Oman Development Bank attended the program.

The subject matter expert was Efren Elane, a seasoned Chief Human Resource Officer and a Change Lead Coach who leads teams or coaches team leaders in creating new business opportunities to increase revenues, profits, and ROAs, through their people and organization. He extensively covered in the program a change leadership process and management using his originally-authored models of ACE-IT, PIVOT, and I-LEAD.

The program was rated highly by the participants.
