The said approach ensures business prospects growth and development of SMEs managed by the Bank. The end game of the business strategy is for the SME customer to gain greater loan repayment ability and ensure quality loan assets of the Bank. At the same time, the SME Bank will have a comprehensive database of the SMEs and their business activities throughout the nation.
