Pag-IBIG Fund, the Philippine Home Development Mutual Fund, has offered a loan restructuring program, the Special Housing Loan Restructuring Program (SHLRP), to help home loan borrowers better cope with the economic challenges brought about by the pandemic to allow them lower monthly payments, up to six months of payment relief, and waives penalties on unpaid monthly amortizations.
