The Regional Development Bank of Sri Lanka recently signed a tripartite memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the National Lotteries Board and the Development Lotteries Board to provide low interest rate credit facilities to resume the business activities of lottery dealers which had collapsed due to COVID 19.
