FDB donates to PM’s flood relief appeal

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Fiji Development Bank (FDB), www.fdb.com.fj Ratu Deve Toganivalu, has handed over a $5,000 cheque to the Permanent Secretary for Provincial Development, Colonel Inia Seruiratu in Suva for the Prime Minister’s flood relief appeal.

Mr. Toganivalu said the amount is just a small donation in response to what has been a devastating event to the lives of those affected.  He added that the Bank staff are still collecting a bit more money, which will also be handed over in due course.  Datu Reve has handed over the cheque on behalf of the board, management and staff of FDB. In accepting the donation, Col. Seruiratu thanked FDB for their generosity and said that he appreciated the response local businesses and people have had towards helping the affected.
