MNCCI issues “certified organic” eco label

The Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI) has initiated many activities to encourage green economy and green business, one of them being the issuance of the “Certified Organic” label to local products which are made with natural raw materials under the principle of environmentally-friendly manufacturing. This label, based on the criteria of IFOAM (International Foundation For Organic Agriculture Movements), was developed by the MNCCI and authenticated by the Head of MNCCI order in 2014.
