March 21, 2024: In preparation for the 47th Annual Meetings on May 15-17, 2024, in Phnom Penh, Cambodia—an event of great importance for ADFIAP members—the Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and the Pacific (ADFIAP) and the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) recently held their second coordination meeting. The main focus of this meeting was to finalize arrangements regarding the event’s program agenda, venue, and logistical aspects.

ARDB and ADFIAP engaged in fruitful discussions aimed at ensuring that all necessary arrangements are in place to facilitate a successful and seamless event experience.

A major focus of the meeting was a thorough review of venue options for the event. Factors like accessibility, capacity, amenities, and overall suitability were meticulously assessed to pinpoint the best location within the hotel that aligns perfectly with the event’s objectives and needs.

Moreover, the meeting delved into logistical arrangements such as accommodation, transportation, entertainment, and catering services.
