The ADFIAP Board of Directors held its 80th Meeting on November 4, 2014 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in conjunction with the 10th International CEO Forum (please see related story). ADFIAP Chair Datuk Wan Azhar Wan Ahmad presided over the meeting attended by 14 (with 3 proxies) out of the current 23-member Board. During the meeting, the Board discussed, confirmed and approved the following: membership applications, venue and host of the 38th Annual Meetings and the 81st Board Meeting, Honorary Membership, and the proposed ADFIAP Finance & Investment Center (AFIC).

The Board also approved the Secretary General’s report covering the period from May 1 to October 31, 2014 and the Association’s budget for 2015. The ADFIAP Board meets twice a year to review policies, plans, and direction of the Association as well as approved and confirm matters brought to its attention by the Secretariat.
