ADFIAP, represented by its Secretary General, Mr. Octavio B. Peralta, participated in the Institute of Corporate Director’s (ICD) roundtable on development banking on September 4, 2013 at the ICD headquarters in Makati City, Philippines. Mr. Peralta updated some15 participants of the roundtable, mostly ICD Fellows, on the current status of development banking in the Asia-Pacific region. The event, which is part of ICD’s work and advocacy on good governance and leadership, was organized by ICD to engage with its members, to discuss relevant issues and trends, and to contribute its share in national development efforts. The event was also an occasion to reach out with same-purposed organizations like ADFIAP which also promotes good governance among its member-DFIs (please click here https://www.adfiap.org/governance-asia/ for its “DFIs for Corporate Governance” project supported by the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE).
